would love to see the filmmaking community be revived. Sverse oscars in our midst or another type of video award. Depends on, of course, the interest from players.

I would love for there to be an official SV themed art competition! I remember entering one on SWs and it was really fun!

The winners could have their paintings displayed in an official gallery space that can be linked! As well as a gold prize or maybe a rare art award/trophy.

Weekly scavenger hunts hosted by staff where players are rewarded for the amount of items they find hidden in an official space. I think this would also increase the use of official spaces since many of those spaces that aren't stores otherwise sit empty.

Hi Oscar, just to give you a reply from the https://www.smallverse.app/forum/thr...ay-competition since you closed the topic.

I understand the way the contest works and how everything gets taken into account. However, SV ended up getting 70+ cottages bought from store which actually negates roughly 364,000gold from the prize pool just from space purchases alone. Alongside the amount of decor that was purchased from the shop in not only gold but also tokens. My personal total easily surpassed 200,000 just in tokens spent on my cottage alongside multiple gold/rare items. I also know a few others who spent similar to this, if not more. The prizes given out seem substantial alone but given everything that was used to make them as well as the original creations, time and ideas put in, it's not very good.
I believe this has also deterred multiple players to avoid space decorating competitions since it is too cost-heavy and can only be participated by already 'wealthy' players.

An extra point to note is that some people questioned the results - being more transparent in the choosing of winners via a points system would be better.

I think spacing out the contests/events would be better as well since the new Painting Competition got announced before the results were out for the space decorating competition and during the Kudos reset, XP reset and package/new item changeover. It's too many things happening at once - the teams should communicate on releasing these things through a calendar.

Please create contests that are free to enter, and activity based, such as contests based on finding things in the game or completing a certain amount of missions. Lately, most contests have been geared toward spending money to decorate or those who are artists. What about the players who aren't artists or cannot afford to spend more money? Players need to have the incentive to move around from space to space, please make contests encouraging activities and player engagement with one another, rather than spending.
