I can't find much information on this topic. My friends and I would like to host a raffle event for a wearable item. The raffle ticket would be around 200 gold, 150 tickets would be available. Everything would be done correctly and not breaking any rules. My friends would not be signing up. The winner is picked from a random generator website. I'd just like some clarification if this is allowed? Thank you in advance.
