Policy on Lotto, Lottery, Gambling, and Casino Spaces

To maintain the integrity of the SmallVerse community and protect players from scams and abuse, casino-style activities are permitted only under the conditions outlined below.
Permitted Activities
Players may create casino-style spaces and wagering games using only official SmallVerse widgets.
Approved widgets include:
Using the Trading Terminal, direct trades, gifting, or any other method to place bets or distribute winnings is prohibited. All wagering must occur within the approved SmallVerse widget.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities remain prohibited:
All wagers made between players are voluntary and conducted at the players' own risk.
SmallVerse does not guarantee payouts, reimburse losses, or intervene in disputes arising from player-made wagers, except in cases involving scams, fraud, exploitation, or violations of the Terms of Service.
Players should only wager amounts they are comfortable losing.
External Trading and Abuse
Casino-style spaces have historically been used to disguise external trading and money laundering activities. SmallVerse will continue to investigate all suspicious transactions and activity patterns.
Players found using casino-style spaces to facilitate external trading, transfer purchased currency, launder assets, exploit the game, or otherwise violate the Terms of Service may face disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension and removal of any associated assets.

- Any activity that falsely advertises payouts or fails to honor agreed-upon wagers.
- Any activity involving external trading, real-world money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or other items of value outside of SmallVerse.
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or automate official game widgets.

- Spaces operating prohibited gambling systems may be locked immediately.
- Space owners and participants involved in prohibited activities may receive warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
- Any Gold, Tokens, or items obtained through scams, exploits, external trading, or other violations may be removed from accounts.
- Repeated violations may result in permanent loss of casino-hosting privileges and account termination.
- Player-run games such as Falling Chairs, Fridge Games, and Name Games remain permitted.
- Hosts may include optional buy-ins for players to join an ongoing game or rejoin after elimination; however, participation must not require an entry fee.
- Optional buy-ins must not exceed 300 Gold or 6,000 Tokens.
- All activities must remain compliant with the SmallVerse Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
