I made it through the Maze, but when I reached the portal at the end, it would not let me through to The Vault. I did not see an alert indicating that the event was over :/

It has ended over half an hour ago, I believe... I just wish there was an announcement or something here on the forum with the details. The rest of us that couldn't get through or didn't do so in time were kind of left in the dark. Hopefully we're eligible for the consolation/participation prize?Comment

Yeah, it’s a bit disappointing.I reached the end within 15 minutes of the notification that stated the first player entered only for the vault to say “space full”. Would have appreciated if we got a notification saying 30 players complete, event closed.
Also, one of the instances for the maze had way too many people over 50…I started to lag badly, I had to refresh three times to get into another instance…which also made me start the maze later than I would have.Comment

I experienced the same thing- I had to refresh multiple times due to the lag, and I kept landing in instances that were overcrowded. I also wasn't aware there was supposed to be one person per instance until a moderator informed me. I think the concept was fantastic! I really hope they try an event like this again. It was fun to engage with the staff- it just missed the mark in execution.Comment

When do you get the participation prize and payout? I don't even know if they registered me. I went up and told them I wanted to register, and the mod kept saying they were taking down everyone's name. How do i know if they registered me?Comment

Spicy, please note there was not a bug with the Vault space. The Eater Bunny Bonzana thread states the following:
6999f6e9f7bfb12f4b1722e4 Grace, all players who landed in the registration space before 6:00PM SVT will receive 1,000 gold participation prize. Prizes will distributed within 7 days of the event.SmallVerse Vault
If you complete the maze in time, you'll reach the portal to the SmallVerse Vault. The Vault will close either 15 minutes after the first player accesses it, or once 30 players are in the space - whichever occurs first.

Thank you for the clarification. I understand this, but I did not receive a notification that the 15 minutes was up, or that 30 players made it to the space. That is why I wondered if it was a bug- especially because I experienced issues throughout the event as described above (instances overcrowded, lag, etc.). I wasn't sure if this was related to those issues, or if the event was over.
I hope you continue putting on events. It was a fun concept and I enjoyed solving the maze. I know it's hard to prepare for all of the things that can go awry!Comment
