Are you trying to create the avatar in the App rather than on the browser profile page or Puffin Web Browser?

ive tried web brower and the windows app you download for pc its still says oops theres an error

When i made my alt avi, it said oops but it actually created the avi, you just have to use the arrow to move to the next one (via the app)

Icey, what is avatar name are you trying to use?

The reason you are having this issue is due to the use of the second uppercase in the first part of your avatar name.

no tried it both ways it still saying oops theres been an error tried it in all lowercase to it not working

Penny, are you sure that an account can have 5 avatars? I thought the limit was 3? One main avatar and two alts? No?
