Rather than having a forum category titled "Meet friends", which feels somewhat forced, it would be interesting to have a section of the forum with multiple categories of discussion designed to foster organic conversation. Categories can include music, for sharing musical artists (and listening together inworld!), cooking to share recipes, writing to share stories, etc
I understand that Offworld Discussion could be very difficult to moderate- it might be easier to have strict parameters than to try to manage any random topic under the sun.
