There are a lot of really cool spaces for sale in the 'For Sale' section; However, some of the spaces have been way overpriced for their value and so no one will buy these spaces or utilize the creative potential of these spaces because they're not worth the price.
For example: The space named "Fantasy Valley" is a cool little space...except that it is priced at 22,580 Gold. The space is simply a flat picture and the space is non rotatable. It is also not fitted correctly, so if you're zoomed out far enough the space animation will cut off and will show empty blue space. This space and some others would be worth the buy if they didn't cost as much.
Another Example: "Dance Club" is a sleek looking space. It has a lot of potential that I'm sure a lot of players would utilize.. but to price this space (which one single open space, non rotatable, and has some animation issues) at nearly the same cost as A liberty Mansion (which is three stories, has a pool, and rotates 360 degrees, with no identifiable animation issues) is a little unbalanced lol.
An example of a space that is priced equal to it's value is the space "I'm Happy"... A lot of players buy and utilize this space because the price is equal to the spaces value, so it is worth the purchase. It's a very small and simple space, and even has some of it's own animation issues, but it is heavily utilized because it is priced at 1,100 Gold and so the animation issues and non rotatable feature are a more reasonable sacrifice.
I think that re evaluating some of the prices of the spaces could influence players to engage more with other space designs and therefore more concepts for different types of spaces will emerge from that.
Just a thought
Some Spaces to Consider re evaluating might be:
-Fantasy Valley
-Club House
-Dance Club
-Fantasy Islands (Very cool space, way overpriced)
-Fantasy Koi Pond
-Deep Sea Dive
-Luxury Yacht
-Maybe some others
Thank you for all of the work your team does & for being so interactive with the players. You guys are the best! <3
