The ability to disable "Rotation Mode" in spaces

Sometimes it’s nice to have spaces that rotate and reveal little "surprises"... but other times, we prefer to hide things so the surprise isn't ruined. Could you give us the ability to manually toggle this feature on or off in our spaces? In the meantime, I would be very grateful if someone from the team with the necessary permissions could go into my space and disable the rotation. The space is currently West-facing, and I want to keep it that way—I just want to remove the rotation option. THANK YOU!!!

This would be amazing! Many mission spaces rely on visual 'tricks' which can be ruined by rotation...

I hope they will make it easier to disable rotation- seems like a waste of time to have to email support anytime you want to disable/enable the rotation in your space.

Add the checkbox feature to disable rotation to the space settings and make it available for all spaces. Putting in the requirement that only approved mission spaces qualify and having to go through support is ridiculous.

It seems to me that this ability came to us late game SW and there is no reason to why it can’t be brought here. Only owners and officers would have the ability to use the setting so I don’t see the harm.

They say I have to have an approved mission in the space.....fine, but I've seen normal player spaces with unapproved missions that rotation is disabled.

I innocently thought that I could ask for the same help.
I already learned my lesson. XD

Now when an insignificant action that only involves a teleport to a space (1/2) and clicking (2/2) ; takes so much procedure - (send email to support, do a mission, gather at least 5 plays, send the mission for approval, if disapproved, correct it, wait another week, send again, resend mission and once approved, send email again... then I hope that's all,) -

...Discourages you from wanting to do things in the game, because not finding cooperation with something as basic as in other games It is already included by default, because it is your space that you bought yourself....

To be honest, I really like the game—or well, the nostalgia of its predecessor—but you have to prioritize peace of mind. I think I’d rather just go for a walk, stroll around the town center, or walk a pet—(well, I haven't adopted one yet, but I should... and focus on training it from now on).

All of this started because rotating in a certain space completely breaks the 'magic.' It can get confusing, and players might lose their north of the compass and feel totally lost if they make the mistake of rotating. It's not my whim, it's to avoid the frustration of feeling lost playing a mission.

hahaha....and I haven't even sent the mission for approval....you can imagine the bureaucratic phobia that I have already accumulated hahahahaha. and well, I am a person who finishes what I start, so I will continue with the procedures,-(mission approval one, cause I won't insist on the "rotation" issue because I don't remember the security question... and then that wall cannot be crossed)

              - but this whole experience....I feel that it has made me grow as a sv-player....and face closed doors and rejections....they will give me the necessary strength to adopt a cat -(I like dogs more, I will try something new)- and go train it.... My new stage has already begun XD

ps: just in case someone thought about doing this procedure, they will archive your email if you don't answer this first:

              1. The email address you use to access SmallVerse (NOT your password).

              2. Date of Birth as provided at the time of registration.

              3. The name of one (or more) of your in-world avatar(s).

              4. The answer to the secret question you chose when you signed up to SmallVerse.

Some spaces already come without rotation, like the newer spaces; happy, angry, (mood spaces) and I think the deep sea dive, fantasy valley, the yacht and lily space are non rotation. I’d have to double check to make sure. You will have to take that into account, but I agree with you, we shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to make our space non rotatable.

But, to be honest, most players don’t even bother to rotate since the newer generation of missions don’t require it. Rotation was more of a thing of the past in older missions. In the meantime, a guarantee that someone won’t rotate the space when playing your mission is to simply set all items somewhere that they can be easily found. It’s not doing this which makes a player feel that they need to rotate the space to find it. So while you are upset that the space can be rotated, chances are, it’s really not as much of an issue as you think it is (other than Staff not assisting you with your request) I was bothered by one of my spaces being rotatable and came to the disappointing conclusion that I couldn’t make the request when I submitted my mission for approval. Of course items are easy to find, but on the slight chance they rotate (even if only 5% of people did this) they would have a harder time finding one item in a tight space and expose the lesser attractive part of the space. Because I considered that it was more of an issue for me vs the player, I just left the space as is.

I think we just need to add the option to make a space rotatable/non-rotatable available to players (the mod/staff gatekeeping features we used to have on SW is getting ridiculous).

                OR

Have the ability to request a space as non rotate when we submit our missions in for approval so if approved, our request can be granted. Much easier, less time wasted and we won’t have to go through support.

Staff needs to get it together or they are going to lose players. They need to listen to our requests, without the angry mob in order to do it, and also respond to questions and issues that we find important. We need acknowledgment and better communication. Better Public Relations is needed. The staff/player communication and excitement in the game is stagnant.

It’s not that hard to listen to your players …

                  .

I appreciate the time you took to give your opinion. I don't think I've ever visited those spaces you mentioned. It’s always good to learn new things about the game. And well, I haven't adopted the cat yet, but I should probably even try going on vacation to other countries until the sadness goes away :P
