What is happening is it's a gamble 'game' system run in a family-friendly game. There are adults and children playing Smallverse.

Smallverse is a business. In my country, gambling, regardless of where it is being done, is illegal for children. Period. I'm not sure why this gamble 'game' system has been permitted. I do not have any further comment on this issue.

I'm just going to say, one should be hesitant or leery having to buy into any game (possibility of being scammed) or participating in an event where someone has an unfair advantage to win. BUT .......... on SW, games including cute n boots, falling chairs, run from the NPCs, including whatever other games of chance, lotteries, raffles were player created events that were "play at your own risk". Simply put, if you are suspicious of the host/practices, don't agree or don't want to be scammed, don't play. If you do, loses could not be compensated as the player chose to participate. There were no such rules against these activities on the OG, players were advised not to play these games, but they were given the choice to decide if they wanted to play them or not since many could be valid games.

If fridge game is removed, what about the others and what will players do as a replacement for player created gaming activities?

(Psst... I don't believe in buy ins since I see it as an unfair advantage.) I also don't participate in any player related games and that's my choice, but I know that there are others that do.

Also, on the old game, as well as this one, gambling exists with the pool game to place bets or enter tournaments (if it were working) as well as taking part on the spin to win deluxe. If we are to remove gambling outright, those would have to go too, and I don't think many would agree to that. Anything that is a game of chance or where players put in gold/tokens to win a prize is technically gambling.
