Why aren't we being listened to?

In the past few weeks many suggestions have been made. Hardly if any suggestions are being listened to by the staff team. What is the point in us putting our suggestions here if you guys aren't going to give us some back and forth?

I plead with you to start interacting with posts on here. Not just Penny, (who we appreciate) but people with authority. Forum Suggestions are important to making the same grow into something that the players want.

Next i am going to post some suggestions which have been asked for time and time again by not only myself but others too.

Portrait Picture Frames
Portrait Graffiti Boards
New Facial Features
New Colours
New Daily Gold Values
S2W updated more regularly
Vote for next monthly head wear
Earrings released (gold & silver)
more rare clothing or just clothing in general
All staff members to interact with players in public spaces, not just moderators and helpers. (its things like this that make a community and make the players feel heard)
SV colour themed menus, More interactive and engaging website for newcomers

Don't get me wrong, we appreciate everything you do for us but we are not heard. We need a responses

100% agree with this. i enjoy playing this game a lot but it feels like we are being ignored. we take the time to post suggestions and no one ever responds or listens.. please, SV we would all really appreciate some acknowledgement to our suggestions.

I don't think we are being ignored per se but I do wish to have more community engagement paired with less harassing the staff when they do get on because they are people too.

Polls on item releases would be nice to see definitely. I'm glad there's more variety in contests and they have been listening on that end a little more. They are listening I promise and I appreciate everything they do for us. Just more engagement would be my ask <3

i would also like to add on that stefan has done a lot to promote this game, and has been getting daily invites (over 500+) and promoting on social media but nobody has acknowledged this. not saying there needs to be a reward in particular but just some appreciation would be nice, considering this is bringing players to your game.

I agree with this! Polls for item releases is a fantastic idea. And I do agree - I would love for more engagement with suggestions and whatnot from staff members on the forums (even if it's just a "we're listening!"), but I do think they're listening, even if it's not being said.

Stefan, SVHQ actively review suggestion threads as made clear in the recent Ask the Team Q&A and are listened to. Suggestions made today, 3 months ago or at the start of Beta will all be treated equally. You must take into account the game is in early stages post-Beta and not all suggestions will be achievable short-term, this does not mean suggestions are disregarded but can and will be revisited at a later stage, when the game’s development allows for broader implementation. A number of community suggestions have already been incorporated, and player feedback remains an important factor in guiding the ongoing development of the game.

As it stands, your thread is not a new suggestion but a repeat of previous suggestions which you have already made. You must be patient and understand your suggestions are being reviewed. While your passion is clear repeatedly posting the same suggestions will not increase their chances of being implemented. Thread closed - mutliple threads on the same topic to gain attention.
