There should be a feature that allows you to first decorate your space however you'd like, then set the space as "for sale WITH furniture included." This will allow you to sell a fully decorated space to someone. This is a Simple and effective way to make purchases of furniture and housing items go up in the game, and even all items depending on how people decide to decor.
The feature would work by initially removing all of the furniture and decor when you set it the space for sale (to avoid accidentally selling any items you didn't intend to sell with the space) and THEN you will decor the space. And because you have the "sell space with furniture included" feature turned on, those furniture and decor items will sell along with the space.
For example- Sometimes I see a space that is so beautifully decorated and I want to buy the entire space WITH the decor included and in the placement that is it already in. I would love to make offers on certain spaces that I see, especially since a lot of people have random spaces they don't use but decorated for fun. But I know that offering a price to the owner, even if they were to accept it, would not matter because as soon as I buy the space the decor will disappear, which I wanted to pay for the whole concept, not just the empty space.
