There have been many instances when I have sent an in world email to another player, and I have NO WAY to know if they have read it. It would be very helpful if there was a way to see if sent emails have been read. Thank you for your consideration, and good night.

I disagree. I tend to open my mails quickly without actually reading them to lower the unread mails notification, and often times miss them completely or read them hella late. I tend to assume they're just from transactions (like trading terminal), and don't pay them any mind. Last thing I need are people giving me attitude because their mail reads as "read" and I didn't actually read it. I think the better solution for this situation is just to send a follow up mail. -
So, how often would you suggest a person send a "follow up" email? Once a week? twice a week? Once a day? Once a month?
Watch to see when they have been on and send a follow up email for every time they are on and don't respond to your email?
