I think it would be nice if we had a Support Channel or a Ticket Channel for the forums, rather than everything thru email. The support team is decent at responding, but It's not fair to them to receive so many emails about minor things in the game. If there was a support channel or a ticketing system, then the smaller issues don't have to wait a week+ for a response. And even then, if it's a more serious issue, you can always ask the person to send the problem to support, rather than every single concern being sent their way.
