When I go to do missions, sometimes it say's I have x amount of time until I can play again. Instead of having to go to the space there could be a little timer on the missions tab next to the mission detailing how long left there is to wait.
I agree that some indication whether 7 days has passed could be helpful. You can also check the "My completed" tab of the Mission panel and see what missions you've completed, but this can't be refined so often requires some sifting through to see if you've played a mission or not.
