House walls/floors

Hi! I'm just wondering why when you go to buy a house you aren't able to see the wall and floor options before you buy it? Also, if im spending 25k on a house why doesn't it allow you to use the same walls and floor my penthouse had? I feel like especially if you're vip, you should be able to have free range of everything but honestly, if anyone is spending over 20k plus on a house they should be able to use any wall and floor thats been made.

YES. I feel like there should be same maximum wall decor options for all spaces. Also! I just recently bought "suburban street" space and wishing all the houses had their own wallpaper choice! When I do choose a wall decor, it's showing the same for the other houses.
