Weekly or Monthly Events with Artist Partnership

I was reading a previous post about trying to help have SmallVerse be here for long term, which I would personally love and I am sure many agree.
My proposal?
Weekly or Monthly Events (maybe even biweekly?).
Lets face it... we get bored. We love our missions, love chatting with friends and the other great things that SmallVerse currently offers.
But a change a bit more frequently would be nice. Something engaging, not just for profit.
What is there was some sort of weekly themed events with themes? SmallVerse can partner with the community artists and offer royalties for the event theme and needed art. Have reward items for completing the event overall or phases of the event, have the artist design the reward items. Possibly have 1 of the items be in store for gold and a percentage of sales from that goes to artist?

Just a thought I had that could benefit the community more as a whole and creating more fun.

I support this proposition. Artist partnerships are a great way to get the community involved, by means of creating and voting. Even royalties to the artist in the form of gold prize, percentage of sales or a limited item would work. New, fresh designs and competition sound great, count me in!
