Allow Heart Balloons to Be Held Permanently (No Timer)

I'd like to suggest adding a permanent 'hold' option for the Heart Balloons, similar to other handheld items.

Currently they can be held only temporarily, but many players enjoy using them as handheld accessories rather than wall decor. Removing the timer and adding a standard hold function would improve customization and player expression without affecting balance.
