I have seen this sentiment echoed more than a few times now: players that were around for beta but were not given beta capes are feeling very left out and disappointed. There have been two big issues with this decision: A) This was not outlined as a rule beforehand- as I've seen, had some people known beforehand, they would have put more playtime in. And B) In general, this feels like a punishment for being new at the wrong time. I hadn't heard about SmallVerse until very recently, and was so happy to find it- and then when I heard about the cape, even more thrilled to show that I was part of an important stage of the game, even if for a little while. The Cape shows this in a separate, equally nice way to the title of founding citizen. For these reasons, please reconsider this decision.

I do not agree with you.
1. 12 hours of play time within past 2 months is not much of a requirement on the user's end to receive a beta cape.
2. In December '24, there was a similar playtime requirement in order to be awarded then.
3. Requirement is so that people do not flood beta cape into game with their spam alt accounts.
