Allow shortcuts/aliases to be used for the Cupid Heart emote.

Make the Cupid Heart Emote work with "<3" if the avatar does not have the Love Emote, similar to how the "Cool" emote works with "B)". If the avatar has both emotes, the Love Emote should take priority to keep consistency with how it is now. Alternatively, it could switch between the two at random.

Thanks for the suggestion! This item just needed a unique shortkey that wasn’t already taken. I’ve gone ahead and added one, and you can now trigger it by typing /cupid in the chat. If it doesn’t work right away, a quick cache clear should fix it.
