Update Annoucements

Be clearer in update announcements. There’s a lot of confusion right now regarding plants, both in-world and across servers. Staff needs to be more specific about what is being updated, what changes are coming, and what players should expect. Vague updates only lead to more confusion. Additionally, explaining why changes are made is important. For example, the change to the plant refund system doesn’t make sense as it stands. Without any explanation from staff, it only creates more disconnect between players and the team.
