SV hosted events

Please consider hosting events during the weekends and giving the players a few days notice before an event becomes available.

Some of us work during the weekday and hosting an event at 6PM SVT (EST) is unfair to players who work past 6pm and want to participate in these events.
Also, consider having more availability for players in different time-zones.
I understand staff want to show up for some of the events but please prioritize players availabilities over the SV-Team as these events are for us, the players.

We would really appreciate if you'd take these suggestions into consideration when hosting future events!

Hi Nami,

Thank you for your comments, I appreciate it must be disappointing to miss events. There are a number of factors that influence event scheduling - such as the availability/timezone of the event host, peak player times and trying to prevent clashes with major real-life events and holidays. Although the availability of the SmallVerse Team is also a factor, this is important as it ensures there is sufficient team support available during these events, since they often require input from various members of the team.

As our community grows, our long-term goal is to expand our capabilities in both the types of events we create and the number of time zones we can accommodate. We are not at that stage quite yet, but I hope this provides some reassurance that we are indeed aiming to host events at times that accommodate players in a wider range of time zones
