    SmallVerse, do you need help?

As we know, the mission approval process is taking some time. This is normal, since perhaps there aren't enough people available to handle so many requests in two different languages.

So, my suggestion is the following:
Allow a group of experienced players, preferably mission creators, to evaluate the missions submitted for approval. This group would have a checklist provided by SmallVerse and would evaluate the missions based on that checklist and then send a report to SmallVerse. Of course, the final decision on approval would still be made by SmallVerse, but I believe this help could be valuable and would speed up the process.
Needless to say, the evaluation would have to be absolutely impartial, anonymous, and no one in the group could evaluate their own mission.

I’d also like to hear feedback from other players - do you think this makes sense?

    Hello Belly Tt,

I've reviewed our mission approval queue, and I can confirm that approvals remain well within our standard timelines since streamlining the process. While there have been exceptions, we work to minimize any delays and ensure a smooth turnaround for all submissions.

If a mission hasn’t been approved and it’s been more than about seven business days without an update, we recommend that the mission creator reach out to our Support Team at support@smallverse.app for a status check.

This information is to help clarify the approval process and set clear expectations for timing, and if things ever take longer than anticipated, you’ll know exactly how to follow up.

At this time, we’re not expanding the Missions Team further, as current operations are meeting submission demand efficiently. We’ll continue to closely watch this data and adjust as needed.

    Thank you for sharing!

You deifinitely should expand it, I don't think the process is that streamlined nor efficient, also adding a confirmation email when we submit a mission would be wonderful

Thank you for your answer Reya, and Dex is right, we should get a confirmation when we submit the missions for approval.
