Memories from OG SW...

I haven't played SW/SV in over 10 years and I'm extremely nostalgic. Let's get the forums going with some discussion -- what are your favorite SW memories? Or just memories?

Here are some of the things that have come to mind for me over the past few days of playing again:

- First time getting VIP after scrounging up 1500 gold from offers and contests... a real 'I used to pray for days like this' moment..
- SW Idol and Tattoo Parlor missions
- Playing at the arcade to get my Gamer XP up
- Waiting overnight at the first of the month to see the newest monthly wearable at the Emporium!
- RPing staying in a hotel or eating dinner at various SW businesses, complete with waiters and receptionists RPing being at work
- Buying my first non-starter space and shamelessly visiting famous SW players' spaces for decor inspo

The RPing at a hotel or in school spaces was my faaaav. I enjoyed when town center was almost always full where everyone stood and chatted with their friends, battling with weapons, joining groups and missioning together!

lowkey i miss the people who'd troll at find dates, i used to catch some gnarly fights back in the day, lol. Ugh, idk if anyone remembers when if you wanted to change your avatar you had to go out of the game and to your 'profile' at the time. I highly doubt SV would bring back surveys/offers, but it'd be a nice way so I didn't have to spend all my IRL money... having adult money is dangeroussss 😭🤣

Probably one very fond memory was waiting for the next wear to come out in Mysterios! The space would be closed while they were putting it out, then you would click and click and click to get into one of the instanced spaces to see it! The anticipation almost made players require medication!

@Lumi yes the adult money is very dangerous! I had to scrounge for every little coin of gold that I had when I played as a kid and now having my own disposable income.. the rationalization is no joke...

Ummmm.....Uhhhhh....(Is he/she in a medical facility someplace?) I honestly thought that maybe you just had a nasty eye infection or something! And the doctor was keeping it covered up so as not to spread it around and then ALL OF US would be wearing an eyepatch. Then SmallVerse would have to have an "Eye Patch Day" or the like...

The "do offers" won't work on me guys.. when I click it, nothing shows up. Any idea/suggestions on this? Also, do the videos work to earn some gold or no? I live in Canada so I can't buy VIP as it's in USD only I think

Kianna, the "Do Offers" button doesn't work at the present time. There are several of us who are waiting in line for then we can do offers!!

I really miss Aone’s interactive missions, they added a fun dynamic to the platform. Also, I noticed the monthly wearable now costs 5,000 gold. Kinda miss the 2,000 gold we used to get with it! 😅
