If SV is technically in Beta right now, will we be given Beta capes?

I think it would be cool to be given Beta capes. I know the original ones go for a lot of gold so I'm not asking for those, but maybe a new Beta cape specifically for SV can be loaded onto our accounts so people down the line know who the OG players really were?

Are these capes going to look different from the capes that Patreon users received? Patreon capes (Founding Citizen Capes) have the Beta icon on them, so I figure it will have a different colour and/or icon.

The capes you and Grim are seeing are not Beta capes despite having a Beta icon, those are the Patreon reward capes which were only a limited time. Penny replied "will be released", which will be for any who participated with the Beta, like yourself. They just didn't specify when that was

I just logged in and they definitely have released the beta capes, so not sure why others didn't get one.

They said after the update that you had to be active in the last 2 months and have over 12 hours of playtime to qualify for the cape. I think that they should have made that more clear prior, especially for those who recently joined!

I am also experiencing missing a cape sadly. I have put close to 20 hours in November so I wonder what's going on
