    Why Sale?

I get the game seems to be lower in numbers all markets have their peak moments and slow days but i don't think putting gold on sale every time the game gets dead is a practice that should be continued it gives off the impression that money is most important vs addressing things that could be done to make the game better things that have been suggested.

The Monthly Q&A seems like a nice gesture but i think some of the more deeper questions should be answered & looked into vs the simple easy answers that has been displayed in the past.

Money is the only thing important to them. This is not SmallVerse, it's RareVerse, where 90% of the new releases are rare or seasonal.

My hopeful side wants to believe that they are desperately trying to raise capital to fund expansion and major improvements but the cynic in me has little faith in a team that can't manage to implement a simple thing like a functioning forum search feature

Imagine having a sub-section of the forum dedicated to suggestions and just ignoring all of them and releasing yet another rare package that no one asked for... Are they listening? Do they even care?

But thanks for the discounted gold though. I guess another major gold sink is coming in August, and the cycle continues....

Thank you both for taking the time to share your thoughts. We understand where these concerns are coming from, and discussions like this are important because they help us understand how the community is feeling.

Regarding Gold sales, these are something we've offered from time to time, similar to how Gold and VIP promotions were periodically available in SmallWorlds. They're intended to be short-term promotions rather than something that's available on a regular basis, and they aren't meant to replace long-term improvements or signal that they're our primary focus.

The team's biggest development focus right now continues to be SmallVerse Web, which is a significant project that will improve accessibility, performance, and provide a strong foundation for future features and content. While much of that work happens behind the scenes, it's a major investment into the future of the game rather than something immediately visible to players.

At the same time, we're actively expanding the Shop Catalog with a much broader variety of content. Alongside limited-time seasonal and rare releases, we're placing a strong focus on adding more permanent furniture, decorations, and mission props that players have been requesting to help with building, decorating, and creating more immersive missions. Not every release will appeal to every player, so our goal is to continue offering a wider mix of permanent, seasonal, and rare content over time.

We've also seen the feedback surrounding pricing, and it's something the team is actively reviewing. We're looking at current price points and package structures to help make future offerings more accessible while continuing to provide value across different types of players.

As for suggestions and the Monthly Q&A, we genuinely do read the feedback that's shared. Not every suggestion can be implemented, and sometimes we're unable to discuss ideas or projects that are still in development, but that doesn't mean they're being ignored. Community discussions are regularly reviewed and help influence future planning, even if the results aren't always immediate or publicly visible.

Thank you again for continuing to share your feedback. Even when opinions differ, these conversations help us better understand what's most important to the community, and we appreciate everyone who takes the time to contribute.

Thank you for the response, Mya

Will definitely hold the team to this:

You're an [REDACTED] if you can't see what's happening. It shows how little effort the staff is putting into your feedback—they're just copying and pasting it into AI and posting whatever generic, condescending response it spits out.
