    $ItemDescription question

    Hi all,

I’ve recently made a new mission that has a choose-your-own-fate ending and whilst I’ve been able to use artifacts change what an item says in-world in response to the choice you’ve made, I also wanted the mission panel to change what it says based on the choice. I remember it has something to do with ‘$itemdescription’ and thought it was the last item to trigger an event in its interactions that would have its description written by ‘$itemdescription’ but that seemingly wasn’t the case. Then I thought it might be the last item to receive the event trigger. Again, that didn’t work.

So here I am, asking you lovely people what I am missing about how $itemdescription works, as it’s really stumped and annoyed me!

    TIA for any help

I used that in SmallWorlds and I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure it out how I did it. But I can't remember

Another thing we could do was to change the text color in the task panel - can't remember how it's done either.

If someone didn’t forget to save their brain file, please help us
