I'm having an issue starting missions. Once i accept the mission an error activating mission tag pops up at the top of the screen.. please help

Hmm, that's an interesting problem... usually, that means there could be an issue with your connection to the servers SV runs from. Failing that, it might be worth contacting support@smallverse.app for help. Something I could suggest in the meantime is deleting the SV app from your device and redownloading SV, just to make sure all the files relating to the application are present and not corrupted on your device. -
I've had that issue as well on a few missions. Closing down the app and starting again seemed to help. Otherwise, contacting support as Jamie said might be your best bet.Comment

Ashley, we would advise that you make sure to cancel any outstanding missions and clear your cache as this can often help resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below based on your device:
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:- Close SmallVerse completely.
- Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
- In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
- Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
- Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:- Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
