Mission building help, please!

I normally consider myself a bright person, but I can't figure out how to set up multi-part tasks. I played in SW back in 2008/2009 and built missions then (even had someone remember my Midsummer's Night Dream Mission). Anyhoo.... I'm am LOST. I cannot find a single tutorial. Can anyone help an old(er) woman figure out how to do this again? Thank you! Feel free to message me in-world if preferred.

Thank you! I did figure it out finally, thanks to another player in world. I've been sidetracked with farming, crafting, and the holidays, but I'll finish it up one of these days.
