A propósito, tenho algo a anunciar:
Após muita reflexão, decidi parar de criar missões em Português.
Até agora, sempre criei cada missão em duas versões, Inglês e Português. Enquanto as missões em Inglês são geralmente aprovadas rapidamente e sem problemas, as versões em Português têm sempre, na opinião da equipe que as testou, algum problema. E uma das razões pelas quais é difícil conseguir a aprovação de uma missão em Português é que eu escrevo em Português Europeu (a minha língua materna) e o SmallVerse só aceita missões escritas em Português do Brasil... Para que "Pânico na Época Alta" fosse aprovada tive de reescrever todo o texto usando palavras e expressões utilizadas no Brasil.
Sinceramente, não estou para isto.
Assim sendo, as minhas próximas missões serão apenas em Inglês.

After much thought, I have decided to stop creating missions in Portuguese.
Until now, I have always created each mission in two versions, English and Portuguese. While the English missions are usually approved quickly and without problems, the Portuguese versions always have some issues, in the opinion of the team that tested them. One of the reasons why it is difficult to get a mission approved in Portuguese is that I write in European Portuguese (my mother tongue) and SmallVerse only accepts missions written in Brazilian Portuguese... In order for "Pânico na Época Alta" to be approved, I had to rewrite the entire text using words and expressions used in Brazil. Honestly, I'm not up for this.
Therefore, my next missions will be in English only.

Lamento imenso a tua decisão, Belly, e sei que muitas outras pessoas pensam o mesmo… Já fiz reclamação sobre isso e nada fizeram, nem irão fazer, com certeza. É a vida que temos: as pessoas não sabem distinguir o Português Europeu do Português Brasileiro, mas por outro lado conseguem distinguir o Inglês Americano do Britânico. Enfim… é como dizemos por cá: é comer e calar.

I am truly sorry about your decision, Belly, and I know many others feel the same. I have already submitted a complaint about this, but nothing was done, and they will certainly not take any action. That is the reality we face: people often cannot distinguish European Portuguese from Brazilian Portuguese, yet they can clearly differentiate between American and British English. In any case, as we say here, sometimes we simply have to accept it quietly.

Obrigada Luiis, é realmente triste que não nos possamos expressar no nosso idioma. E é também lamentável que o critério para a aprovação de missões não seja uniforme entre ambas as equipas.
Thank you, Luiis. It really is sad that we cannot express ourselves in our own language. It is also unfortunate that the criteria for approving missions are not uniform between both teams.
