I am working on a new mission called "Echoes of the Past", which tells the story of a young curator who inherits a gothic literature museum from his estranged uncle. Struggling with feelings of loneliness and worthlessness, our hero must discover the truth about their uncle before embarking on a journey of self-discovery and confronting six of the most prolific writers of the gothic genre.

I'm about halfway through the story, but it's getting a little long, and I'm considering splitting the mission into two parts. And so, my dear mission community, this is where I need your help. More than anything, I want to get a sense for how long it takes people to complete the mission thus far. Of course, all kinds of feedback and criticism are encouraged.

Hi Penguin, I "Raced" through the mission (i.e. looking for the bolded tasks) as opposed to reading fully and it took me 4 minutes; I'd x1.5 for reading so reading fully would've taken me around 6 minutes, I think. Hoping this helps you! I'm happy to play the mission on an alternative avatar and to read the tasks fully if you need the extra insight.

Gave it a re-run on my alternative avatar and read through; took 7 minutes so my estimate wasn't too far off! I think I'm a bit of a fast reader so I assume for an average Joe, it would maybe take around the 10-minute mark?
