Task will not update after opening the first gate. I've tried several times over the past month. Canceling and restarting the mission doesn't help. Neither does refreshing.

I’ve had no issues playing this mission. It isn’t very easy for an official mission, so perhaps you are misunderstanding how this mission is set up to update and are missing something.
Regarding the gate, make sure that you interact with the button outside the first gate in order to go through the door. Once inside, you will need to interact with the parchment on the block. It should continue through the task but you are to go through each corridor and go through a passage that takes you into separate rooms to speak to each brother and interact with the scrolls . The information from each scroll tells you clues of different locations to travel to which are official spaces. (4) In each, there are two gems to find. Once collected, you return to the Ahmose Gem Hunt space, gesture and then enter the gate in the center. (Center room) to complete the mission.
If you continue to have issues with a task, it is better to state the name of the task that you are stuck on or say what the task is telling you to do. Simply saying that it doesn’t update for you once entering the first gate doesn’t provide much information to get help. Perhaps provide a screenshot of the task that you are stuck on.

ola! pessoas ja tenho mais de mês tentando passa desta missão parei na final abrir o baú abriu mais não concluir a missão, agora não consigo entrar pela porta ela não abre para entrar onde esta o baú, o que fazer? adm vamos arruma isso deixa um outro meio quando travar você digitar help e abrir isso!Comment

Não sei se você atualizou a página ou não — o que explicaria por que não conseguiu voltar à sala —, mas o acesso a ela depende de um artefato. Tente usar o gesto de "joinha" (polegar para cima) para ver se isso permite a entrada. Caso contrário, é possível que você tenha recebido um artefato ao encontrar as gemas e que ele tenha sido removido assim que você entrou na sala do tesouro. Então, tente usar o gesto de "joinha". Depois, diga "Encontrei seu tesouro!" e clique no baú. Tomara que isso atualize a tarefa para você.Comment
