Why are these third party AI generated art accounts not getting banned?

This game's main attraction is their art through canvases, sculptures and decor yet people are making a lot of gold off of using third party generators. What's the point of putting all the effort into making art pieces if people are just going to create perfect pictures using AI bots and get away with it?

I'd love to hear everyone's opinion on this since I've found a few people who do this and yet they're not banned despite this being classed as an exploit/cheat.

The SmallVerse Guidelines on the Forums also lists using bots for art will be banned.

Jess, if you have seen content in-world which you believe is a violation of the Terms of Service, Guidance, or Code of Conduct/Community Standards we politely ask that you use the space capture feature and report the content for the Moderation Team to review. Please note that the Moderation Team do not automatically issue bans for violations in all cases, there is a procedure to be followed which typically involves warnings for first time offences and so forth. A player not being banned does not mean action has not been taken.
