18 artist volunteers of the Enchanted Art Auction Group have come together to bring you the very first Never-Ending Painting to exist in SV. There were a few of these created in OGSW and we wanted to continue the tradition and give the artists a fun and challenging project to create for all of SV to enjoy.
The idea behind the project is that the first artist would start the project by painting the first painting. Then, the second artist would come in, paint their painting, tying in the end of the first one to the beginning of their painting. The third artist would do the same - none of them knowing what had been painted before them nor what would be painted after them. Only one artist was allowed in the room at a time and no one was allowed to share screen shots or ideas of what was happening in the room. When the final and 18th artists got to the room, their painting would tie the board before them AND the first board into their painting, completing the mural painting that circles the entire room.
Come enjoy and marvel at the creativity that was used to paint this 18-board masterpiece. You've never seen anything like it before, unless you were lucky enough to see the murals in OGSW.
There will be more murals / never-ending painting projects, as there is a lot of interest in the art community to begin a second one. We will continue to do this until the interest is gone. (I hope it's a never-ending project)
