If someone has gained access to your account, please:
1. Immediately check your email address and change your password (Click on the Settings icon, then click on 'Personal').
2. Email support@smallverse.app. If you email from the same email address that you log into SmallVerse with, our support team will be able to verify you and respond more quickly.
3. Make sure you have Two Factor Authentication activated on your account.
Unfortunately we generally cannot refund your losses after you have had items stolen. Please make sure you never share your password with anyone so this doesn't happen to you!
