    Two Factor Authentication

In today’s online world, keeping your account secure is more important than ever. One of the best ways to protect your SmallVerse account is by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Two-Factor Authentication adds a second layer of security to your login process. Instead of only using your password, you’ll also need to enter a code generated by an authenticator app on your phone. This means that even if someone manages to get your password, they still won’t be able to access your account.

You can enable 2FA from within the Settings menu in-world. Go to Settings > Account and follow the instructions to link Google Authenticator. Be sure to save your backup codes somewhere safe in case you lose access to your device.

Scan the QR code on the Google Authenticator app and enter the code which appears.

Enabling 2FA helps protect your account from unauthorized access. It’s a small step that can prevent big problems later down the line.

Lost access to your device with the authentication app? Contact support@smallverse.app, the support team will verify you are the account owner and remove your authenticator in order to you to reauthenticate with your new device.

If you ever suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team at support@smallverse.app as soon as possible.

    Stay safe online!
