Door Configuration

Hello,

I'm working on a space and would like to configure a basement entrance to link to another one. However, I'm having some trouble getting either of the doors to load in the configuration app.

Is this a known bug, or am I not doing this correctly? I would appreciate any input, thanks!

Hi Cruel,

When using items as entry points, you'll need to configure them in the item's settings. In the "Make This Door an Entry Point" section, enter an entry point name and ensure "Use as Entry Point" is checked. This will create and save that entry point within the space.

Also, make sure your space is visible in the Spaces panel. To check this, open Space Settings > Security and ensure "Show in Spaces Panel" is enabled.

If your space is not searchable or visible in the Spaces panel, it will not appear when searching for a space to link to another entry point.
