disable "Rotation Mode"..... ¡¡¡PLEASE HELP!!!!

Please, any moderator with compassion?

For 2 weeks I have been asking for someone who can help me remove the ability to rotate in my space. How complicated can it be for a moderator to do that?
Just as they enter the space (which is already in the view I want), click and disable the option. thank you!. please it's not fun to wait so long.

I also wrote to support in case anyone wanted to know ....asked moderators in world..... what else can i do???

Et, moderators in-world do not deal with requests for space rotation, this is a request which needs to be sent to the Support Team. I can see you wrote into support 9 hours ago, however, I cannot see anything else that suggests you have waited any longer beyond this.

In any event, disabling space rotation is only available for spaces which house an approved mission. If the space you are requesting disabling rotation for does not contain an approved mission I am afraid you will need to write into support again once it is approved.

Why would I lie? Am I really that naive for believing someone would read my request here in the forum and want to help?

I’ve been waiting for two weeks for someone to help me. The person who misled me was a moderator who told me I could do it myself in the space settings. But I’m going to assume she didn’t know anything about the issue either.

EVIDENCE:

I thought I would get help in the forum, but after waiting so long for a response, I wrote to support instead. I did it nervously, because last time I couldn’t remember “the question”… and I don’t want to check my email, because if they ask me for “the question,” I don’t know it.

I’ll wait, Penny, hoping that someone with compassion shows up in my space and helps me.

The other solution is to let us do it ourselves, as the moderator rightly said, since we are the owners of the spaces. That way, we can avoid all the back-and-forth.

Someone recommended that I make my request in this forum instead of in the “Suggestions” forum, where I’ve been waiting for TWO WEEKS… and they were right: someone actually responded.

Et, just as an FYI: Once Support has removed the ability to rotate your space, it cannot go back to being a space players can rotate.

Please continue your correspondence with the Support Team who can fulfill your request to have space rotation disabled. As mentioned, in-world Moderators and Forum Moderators do not deal with these requests. In future, make sure to post in the correct category if you are looking for assistance.
