Loyalty tasks for farming don't work

I tried sowing and harvesting over 10 plants on different weeks, but my loyalty task keeps showing it as if I hadn't done anything.
I tried placing 8 pots in my home world to make sure I do enough of them, and did them several times already this week but I can't get the loyalty task to recognise it.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it working for anyone else?

Luna, we would recommend having 10 planters and sowing/harvesting all 10 at once to achieve the loyalty point.

Thank you, I should have tried that first I thought it had to be done over a week's span and putting a lot of planters was not a conventional way to do it.
Good to know it had to be done all at once!
