Hi Everyone,

I've been playing Monopoly Go as a way to earn gold through the offer in Torox. I had no issues at first but this week I completed one of the steps (complete board 18) but it seems there is a disconnect between my app and Torox because on Torox it's not showing it's completed although I've moved up on the app (currently on board 21)

There is a note on reward delivery, that it could take up to 24 hours to receive gold but it's been a few days and I'm starting to get concerned about what's going on and what the disconnect is and whether it's on my end or not.

Would appreciate any help and advice I can get.

Celaena, the SmallVerse Team are unable to assist with verifying missing rewards. Our Offer Providers require that all disputes for uncredited rewards be submitted through their respective support channels. After they review the offer and confirm completion with their vendors, they will notify us to credit any rewards that are owed.
