I went to the factory to get some gold and was about to complete a survey when I got a pop-up message that said, "Please allow pop-ups for this website."
I went to my settings to turn off the block pop-up ads, but when I clicked the survey offer again, the website showed an error 404.
I'm kinda stuck now, as I don't know where to go to turn off this pop-up ad block so I can complete these surveys.

Calaena, it sounds like you are doing the survey in your browser. You will need go into your browser settings and allow pop-ups. Once done, try refreshing the site or if you are still experiencing difficulty try another browser.

I've followed the steps for allowing popus in chrome but i'm still getting the same popup "please allow popups for this website" and the error 404 when the site popus in my chrome browser. I even reset my chrome settings but that didn't change anything.

Hi Everyone,

I could really use some help. Since joining a few days ago, I've been having an issue with completing surveys for gold at the factory.

Whenever I click the survey with the gold amount to start, I get booted to my browser in chrome but the website html becomes: www.oopspagenotfound with an error 404 message. When going back to the smallverse app I see a pop up that says "please allow popups for this website.

I've went into my chrome settings to allow popups but I'm continuing to have this problem. I've even changed my default browser to microsoft edge but that didn't change anything.

I'm unsure what else I can try and would really appreciate any help and advice you guys know.

Calaena, I have merged your new thread into your existing thread for this issue. I have been looking into this issue and I was able to reproduce this on our side. The issue is with the offer provider Wannads. I have forwarded this to the Team who will be taking necessary action to contact the provider and discuss this recent recent change. Please allow time for the correspondence and I will update this thread when we have an update.

We do have an alternative offer provider Torox whose sites are working as expected. To access Torox offers please use the machine depicted.

Thank you for your help on this problem. I've been able to start completing offers through Torox with no issues thus far.
