Loyalty Challenge: Farming tasks

So, in the guidelines for completing the loyalty challenge, there are three tasks related to farming: sowing 10 plants, harvesting 10 plants and pollinating 10 (or 5?) plants. As I recently joined SmallVerse, my farming skill is low so I am only able to complete the first two and can only do so using Morning Star and/or Azure Trumpet. Since yesterday (beginning of the 4th week), I think I did sow and harvest over 10 plants (I am not completely sure, but definitely at least 8, since that's the number of planters I have) and the tasks still remain uncompleted and without the loyalty points rewarded. Am I missing something, could it be that it needs to be 10 different species of plants? If anyone who completed the tasks successfully or the mods perhaps, could fill me in, I'd be very grateful.

Grace, if you have completed the sow 10 plants and harvest 10 plants tasks they will be accompanied with a tick icon to indicate their completion. You can check this yourself by navigating the menus as highlighted in the image attached. I'd also advise reading over the Monthly Loyalty Challenge Thread for further information.

Thank you. Yes, I am aware of that tab and have been checking it. It looks like the targeted action needs to be completed X (in this case 10) amount of times consecutively i.e. in a short amount of time. What I was doing wrong is that I only had 6 planters and did sow/harvest in batches of less than 10. Once I bought more planters, I was able to complete both tasks. Just putting this out there in case someone else might be confused like I was.

I posted in the bug section but I'm still having trouble with this.. I have 228 planters so harvesting isn't a problem. I have logs of 13 plants being harvested today all within a minute, refreshed my page and they are still unaccounted for. Please help because I should've been able to get a loyalty reward by now ;(

I'm thinking maybe because I hit my XP limit before the loyalty week started or something is going on after the update because it registered that I sowed 10 plants before maintenance.

Addie, you can only receive 1 point (non-VIP) for harvesting 10 plants or 2 points (VIP). I can see you have harvested over 10 plants and your logs show you have earned your 2 points for sowing and 2 points for harvesting plants accordingly. You currently have 14/18 points for week 4 of the Loyalty Challenge. You can earn the remaining points by completing 2 more approved missions. Thank you Penny! Why are there still "warning signs" next to those tasks then if they're completed? To me it looks like the only two tasks I need to complete and my missions are checked off.

Addie, it would be helpful for you to attach a screenshot of what you are seeing on your side please to diagnose the issue. See this thread on how to use flicker to attach screenshots to forum posts. Alternatively, you can drag and drop images from your desktop.
