hello, my game recently has been disconnecting me regularly. i am unable to load into spaces before being disconnected. a few times this evening it just goes blank and says "oops there's a problem". please could you offer some support?

Sylvie, is this an issue which has recently begun occurring for you? If it is still an issue for you I would firstly recommend clearing your cache following the steps below:
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:- Close SmallVerse completely.
- Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
- In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
- Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
- Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:- Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
