Can't load painting onto a new graffiti wall

I have painted and completed a painting but it won't let me load it onto a new canvas. It just has the outline when I was testing at the beginning and not the completed painting?

Dyl, it would assist if you could answer the following questions:

• When did this issue begin?
• Have you taken any steps to troubleshoot including clear your cache?
• Have you confirmed whether a friend/visitor has been able to see the painting?

In addition, if you could please share the space link of which the painting is in incase we need to take a look at the item further for you.

Hi Penny, thank you for your response.

It's the first painting I have done so I just noticed it yesterday when I couldn't list the canvas I painted it on for sale (It has a 'B' on the item)
So I bought another canvas to try and load it onto so I can list it for sale but the completed drawing doesn't appear.
I haven't cleared cache (I don't know how to using the app)
I haven't confirmed whether anyone else can see it no.

Dyl, thank you for providing the information above. I visited your space and identified the issue. The reason you are unable to transfer the painting to your other canvas is due to the fact it is placed in another frame. Simply go onto the painting and click the "create a new painting" icon, you should then be able to transfer that painting onto a fresh canvas. The logic being you cannot have a painting on two graffiti boards simultaneously. I hope this clears up your issue, please let us know if you have any further questions.
