Community Services is the team dedicated to supporting and protecting players across SmallVerse. We’re always looking ahead to expand our volunteer based team and welcome mature, experienced, and community minded individuals to help foster a safe and enjoyable environment for all players.

This process may well challenge your view of the Moderation and Support Team so we are looking for people who are flexible and mature enough to want to make a difference and contribute to our sense of community.

Important Information

• Applicants must be 18 years or older — no exceptions.
• A minimum commitment of 6 hours per week is required.
• All application criteria and details will be outlined in the application form.
• There will be no exceptions/discussions if you do not meet the minimum criteria.
• Multiple submissions will be treated as SPAM and declined.
• Applicants must have an established history of active gameplay in SmallVerse. This includes meaningful time spent in world and hands on experience progressing through the game’s level paths.
• Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee acceptance, as only a limited number of positions are available.
• Applications may be declined based on account history. All decisions are final and not open to appeal or discussion.

When our team is fully staffed, recruitment may be paused, while periods of higher demand may result in quicker responses. Please be patient while awaiting a response. Being considered does not guarantee a position, as we can only fill a limited number of roles based on current needs. If you advance to later stages but are not offered a position during this round, we may reach out in the future when additional openings become available.

Applications are limited to one submission per user. However, if your application does not meet our current qualifications, your responses may be cleared in the future to allow you to reapply when applications reopen.
