loyalty not updating

HELP
I did about 18 missions before I realized I wanted VIP to speed up the process of the loyalty challenge points. Now that I'm VIP, it isn't updating anymore after doing missions
BTW - I logged out and back in again, still no update with it

how can this be fixed??

Grigori, it sounds like you have already completed the required amount of missions to fulfill that requirement. Now you must earn the remaining 4 points by completing 2 of any of the following tasks:

• Spin to Win
• Spin to Win Deluxe
• Complete Approved Missions (up to 14 approved missions)
• Sow 10 plants
• Harvest 10 plants
• Successfully pollinate 5 plants
• Paint on the Graffiti Board (minimum 5 mins - must save)
• Sculpt using a Sculpting Block (minimum 5 mins - must save)
