Using drawing tablets on SV?

Hi,
I recently bought a new drawing tablet inspired by my old SW days where I'd draw with my old one. For some reason I cannot seem to get it to work here. Is there any artist here who uses one or do people use only mouse?
I'm able to use my pen correctly elsewhere, but when it comes to the SV application I can only press single dots, not hold to make lines.
Hoping maybe someone who's more tech savvy can help me with this thanks!

Hey Winter!
to be able to use the tablet and pen properly you need to turn windows ink off in the tablets application

IF you still have problems after that send me a message in game and i will help you further, as i'm not sure which brand of tablet and pen you have but disabling windows ink in the application tends to work for most
