Planting XP and Seed Sowing

Are you unable to sow new seeds into a planter if you've hit the farming XP cap for the week?

I was able to harvest plants after hitting the cap for the week, but now I'm unable to sow new seeds. Is this because I've hit the cap for farming XP?

Hi Andy,

You should always be able to sow new seeds in your planters, regardless of whether you’ve reached your weekly farming XP cap. Hitting the XP limit simply means you won’t earn additional XP until it resets, but you can still freely sow and harvest as usual.

The team recently added a feature that allows you to favorite seeds from your inventory, making it easier to quickly sow your preferred seeds without having to scroll through multiple pages. We’ve also tested this feature just now, and it’s working as intended.

Please try clearing your cache and give it another go. If the issue persists, let us know and we’ll take another look!
