Just started, how to start farming?

Hello,

I used to play SW many years ago and enjoyed the farming system and getting XP.. but it's been a long time so I'm suuper rusty. I just recently started (which by the way, I am loving it!) and am unsure how to begin the process in SV - I assumed it was through the profile page however when I try to do so, it doesn't work for me at all when I click on "Start Now" on Tend Plants. How would I obtain a planter?

I'd appreciate all the help!

Lee, welcome (back) to SmallVerse. To start farming you will need to purchase a planter from the catalog which you can do by clicking 'Shop' in-world and searching 'ceramic planter'. If you place this down in your space and click tend, it will then open the farming widget where you can purchase the starter seeds and begin sewing plants. After sewing a plant in-world you will then be able to tend to them via the profile page. If you need any further information on farming, or any other issue, please feel free to ask.
