Yes currently the only way to earn tokens is through missioning and spinning the wheel

Gold is through the 'get gold' tab you have at the bottom and then claiming it daily which can add up in the long run, other than that you can win more from spin 2 win deluxe although chances are slim.
And of course the other way to gain gold it through packages.

But to gain more gold you could always join games that players have been hosting where the prize is for gold examples; R6 Games, Fridge Games and more!
