Can someone please tell me how to
1) keep avadroid in a space when owner leaves
2) summon when someone spawns?

The NPC will dismiss once everyone leaves automatically as the space resets so there is no changing that.
To summon the NPC, you set an interaction for it to summon.
When proximity of 100m is detected > perform an action > summon > by 1 seconds
If you have a private space like a home, you can always turn it on automode which is a button at the top (it looks like a lightbulb) once it is summoned and clicking on the NPC droid itself for its controls. When auto is on, I believe it summons automatically and will walk throughout the space when anyone enters the space.
